Stephen Hawking was a very smart scientist from England. He loved to learn about space and stars. Even when he was very young, he wanted to know how the universe began.

Hawking worked at the University of Cambridge. He thought about big questions, like what happens in black holes. He had a wonderful idea that black holes can give off tiny bits of energy. This is called Hawking radiation.

Hawking wrote books to help everyone understand science. His book A Brief History of Time became very famous. People all over the world read it to learn about big ideas in science.

Even though Hawking faced health challenges, he kept working and inspiring many people. He showed that we can do great things, no matter what difficulties we face. He will always be remembered for his clever ideas and kind spirit.
