USA Gymnastics, also called USAG, helps gymnasts all across the United States. It makes the rules for gymnastics and supports coaches and clubs. The group helps pick teams for big events like the Olympic Games and World Championships.

USA Gymnastics started in 1963 and changed its name in 1993. It offers many programs for gymnasts of all ages, from fun classes to the Elite Program for those who dream of competing in the Olympics.

Today, USA Gymnastics works hard to make sure every gymnast feels safe and supported while they practice and compete. The group helps train the United States women's national gymnastics team and the United States men's national gymnastics team for big international meets.
