Upper Manhattan is the northern part of Manhattan, which is in New York City. It starts above streets like 96th Street and 125th Street. People sometimes call this area “Uptown.”

Upper Manhattan has many lovely neighborhoods, such as Inwood, Washington Heights, and Harlem. One famous spot is the George Washington Bridge, which is the busiest bridge for cars in the world.

There are many interesting places to see in Upper Manhattan. You can visit Grant's Tomb, the Apollo Theater, and beautiful parks like Fort Tryon Park. It is a special part of the city with lots to explore.
