Hercules is a very famous hero from old stories. The Romans called him Hercules, but in Greece, people knew him as Heracles. He is remembered for being very strong and helping people in many exciting adventures.

In old Roman tales, Hercules was the son of the god Jupiter and a kind woman named Alcmena. Even as a baby, he showed his strength. One story tells how the goddess Juno sent snakes to trouble him, but young Hercules handled them safely.

People have loved Hercules for many years. His stories appeared in art, poems, and special events. In Rome, he was honored with statues and temples. Even today, Hercules is a popular hero in books, movies, and paintings. His tales teach us about courage and strength.
