A residential building under construction in Seattle.

What is WB1200?

WB1200, also called 1200 Stewart, is a planned pair of very tall buildings in the Denny Triangle area of Seattle, Washington. These buildings will stand where Stewart Street meets Denny Way. Imagine two huge towers reaching up into the sky!

Fun Plans

The buildings will have 1,048 apartments and many shops. At the bottom, there will be a special three-story area with lots of fun things to see. One cool idea is to put a real Boeing 747-400 airplane inside for everyone to look at.

A Long Time Coming

Work on WB1200 started in 2018 but will not finish until 2026. This is later than first planned because of some challenges. The project began with the Westbank Corporation, but now OPTrust owns it. Even with delays, people are excited to see what it will become!
