Country Club is a suburban area in northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida, in the United States. It is part of the larger Miami metropolitan area in South Florida.
The place gets its name from the Country Club of Miami, which opened in 1961 in an area that was mostly empty and not yet built up.
By the time of the 2020 census, the population had grown to 49,967 people. This was a big increase from the 3,408 people living there in 1990, showing how much the area has developed over the years. Today, Country Club is a lively community within the busy Miami area.
Geography
Country Club is a place in northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida, about 21 miles from downtown Miami. It is near the town of Miami Lakes to the south, Palm Springs North to the west, and the city of Miramar to the north.
The area covers around 4.5 square miles, with a small part being water. A major road called the Palmetto Expressway runs along its southern edge, connecting to other roads nearby.
Demographics
As of the 2020 census, Country Club had 49,967 people. The median age was 38.1 years, with 21.3% of residents under 18 and 12.8% 65 years or older. For every 100 females, there were 87.4 males.
In 2000, the population was 36,310 people. The racial makeup included 63.54% White, 22.01% African American, 2.21% Asian, and other groups. The median income for a household was $56,272, and about 10.9% of families were below the poverty line.

As of the census of 2000, there were 36,310 people, 12,917 households, and 9,338 families in the area. The population density was 8,420.5 inhabitants per square mile (3,251.2/km2). There were 13,782 housing units at an average density of 3,196.1 per square mile (1,234.0/km2).
In 2000, Spanish was the first language for 64.02% of residents, while English was spoken by 30.74%. Other languages included French Creole at 2.20%, French at 0.92%, and Brazilian Portuguese at 0.53%.

Education
Miami-Dade County Public Schools serves Country Club. Schools that serve the area include American Senior High School, Country Club Middle School, and Joella C. Good Elementary School. In 2009, some parts of Country Club started being served by Barbara Goleman High School in Miami Lakes. Dade Christian School in Country Club serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Country Club, Florida has many places to play and relax. These include Country Village Park, Country Club Villas Park, Willis D. Harding Park, and the North Pointe Community Center. Families and friends can enjoy fun activities together here.
