Adapted from Wikipedia ยท Adventurer experience
This is a list of important taxes and trade rules that Germany has used over time. These helped Germany trade with other countries and manage its money.
One of the earliest steps was the Zollverein in 1834. It helped different German states work together on trade rules.
Later, Germany made many laws about prices on goods from other countries. Laws were made in 1879, 1885, 1887, 1902, and 1925.
In 1968, Germany joined the European Economic Community. This group of countries used one set of trade rules called the Common External Tariff. It started on July 1.
