This Is for Everyone

The This Is for Everyone is a memoir by Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web, co-written by Stephen Witt and published in 2025. This book tells how the World Wide Web was created and how it changed our world. It talks about many changes because of the web, like online shopping, web browsers, search engines, internet companies, social media, and smart computers.

The book also shares Tim Berners-Lee’s ideas for making the internet better. The first part talks about his childhood in London, his time at the University of Oxford, and his early jobs at Plessey and CERN. It was written with the help of ghost-writer Stephen Witt.
