Aston Martin Residences

Aston Martin Residences is a very tall building with 66 floors in Miami, Florida, United States. It stands along the Miami River and next to the Biscayne Bay in the busy part of the city called Downtown Miami. This building is special because it is the tallest building used only for homes south of New York City, even though it is a little shorter than another tall building called the Panorama Tower in a nearby area named Brickell.

The building has many cool features, like a place to land helicopters called a helipad on the very top, and a place for big boats called a full-service marina that can hold very large ships known as superyachts. Inside, there are 391 homes, and almost all of them have been sold. As of May 6, 2024, only one home is still available. This special home has three floors and includes the last ever made sports car, the Aston Martin Vulcan.

Construction of the building was finished in December 2021. The building was created by a company named G&G Business Developments, working together with the famous car company Aston Martin. A Miami-based company called Cervera Real Estate is in charge of selling the homes in this amazing tower.

History

The site for this building was bought for a very high price in 2014. In 2019, workers poured a lot of concrete for the building in just 36 hours, which was a big deal for the area. By late 2020, more than 30 floors were already built. On December 1, 2021, the building became the tallest home building south of New York City. There was a fireworks show on the Miami River to celebrate this achievement. The building is also the second tallest in Miami and Florida. Part of the Miami Riverwalk was closed during this time.
