Birk Ruud (born 2 April 2000) is a Norwegian freestyle skier who is very good at halfpipe, slopestyle, and big air. He became famous when he won a gold medal in slopestyle at the Winter Youth Olympics in Lillehammer in 2016.

Ruud has done very well in many competitions. He won a silver medal in slopestyle at the FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships in 2019. He also has won four medals at X Games, including two gold medals.

One of his biggest achievements was at the 2022 Winter Olympics. He qualified first in the big air event and won the gold medal with an amazing run where he scored almost perfect points. Most recently, at the 2026 Winter Olympics, Ruud won another gold medal in slopestyle skiing. His skills and exciting tricks have made him one of the top skiers in the world.
