Adapted from Wikipedia ยท Discoverer experience

The US Open is one of the biggest tennis tournaments in the world. Over the years, many TV networks have helped people watch the matches. A long time ago, CBS was the main network showing the US Open for 47 years. In 2015, a new network named ESPN took over to show the matches.

Now, ESPN uses its channels like ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC to broadcast the main matches. They also use a service called ESPN+ to show matches happening on outside courts. This way, fans can watch many matches at once if they want to. You can read more about how the US Open is shown on TV here.

2020s

In the 2020s, ESPN took full control of showing the US Open tennis event. They started doing this in 2015, ending a long time of CBS showing the matches. ESPN uses its channels like ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC to broadcast the games, and shows extra matches on ESPN+.
