You can use a special remote called the Siri Remote to control what you watch. Or, you can use your iPhone or iPad to choose shows and movies.
The first Apple TV came out in 2007. It was made to play content from the iTunes Store. Later models got better and could run apps from an app store. This made Apple TV more like a small computer for your TV.
Apple TV does not have buttons on it. You need to use a remote to pick what you want to watch or listen to. This makes it easy to use from across the room.
Apple TV can play videos, music, and podcasts. Since 2015, it can also download apps and games from the tvOS App Store. This lets you do many fun things, like ordering food or playing games, right on your TV.
Apple TV connects to your TV using an HDMI cable. It gets content through Wi-Fi or Ethernet. You can also use AirPlay to send content from your iPhone, iPad, or computer to your Apple TV.
Apple TV is a great way to enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and music on a big screen. It is easy to use and works well with other Apple devices.
