BMO Field

BMO Field is a special outdoor stadium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at Exhibition Place and opened in 2007. This stadium is home to two big teams: Toronto FC from Major League Soccer and the Toronto Argonauts from the Canadian Football League.

People know BMO Field because it has hosted many exciting games and events. It was first built for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Later, it was updated to hold more fans and to fit different kinds of games. Now, it can hold over 45,000 people for big events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The stadium’s name comes from the Bank of Montreal, which is short for “BMO.” This bank helped pay for the stadium, so it got its name.

BMO Field has seen many wonderful moments. It hosted the MLS Cup and even the 104th Grey Cup. Fans love coming here to cheer for their teams and enjoy the games.
