Dortmund
Dortmund is a big, busy city in Germany. It is in a place called North Rhine-Westphalia. Over 600,000 people live there, making it one of the largest cities in the country.
Dortmund has a long history, starting back in the year 882. It used to be part of a group of trading cities called the Hanseatic League. Today, Dortmund is known for its modern technology, green parks, and a famous football club called Borussia Dortmund.
The city has many things to see and do. You can visit beautiful parks like Phoenix See, or explore interesting museums. Dortmund also has many places to eat, with tasty local foods and sweet treats.
People in Dortmund love sports, especially football. The city’s team, Borussia Dortmund, is very popular and has won many prizes. They play in a huge stadium called Signal Iduna Park, which can hold lots of fans.
Dortmund is a wonderful place to live and visit, with a mix of old history and new excitement.
