The Escondido Freeway

The Escondido Freeway is an important road in Southern California. It helps people travel quickly between many cities. This freeway has three main parts that work together.

One part is called California State Route 15. It starts southeast of downtown San Diego and connects to another big road, Interstate 8, also in San Diego.

Another part is Interstate 15. This road runs from Interstate 8 in San Diego all the way to Interstate 215 in Murrieta.

The last part is Interstate 215. It begins at Interstate 15 in Murrieta and ends at California State Route 60 east of Riverside.

These roads help many people travel easily in the area.
