The Silicon Fen is a special place full of technology companies near the city of Cambridge in England. It is often called the Cambridge Cluster. Many smart people work there to make new inventions.

People often compare the Silicon Fen to Silicon Valley in California. Just like Silicon Valley, the Silicon Fen is famous for technology. The name "Fen" comes from the flat land called the Fens near Cambridge.

Many big technology companies started here, like Arm and AstraZeneca. The area grew because of the Cambridge Science Park, opened in 1970. This park helped small companies grow and work together.
