University of Colorado Boulder
The University of Colorado Boulder is a big school in Boulder, Colorado. It started in 1876, just before Colorado became a state. It is the main school in the University of Colorado system.
The school has nine different areas to study and offers more than 150 subjects. Over 35,000 students go there. They work on important research and spent money on new discoveries.
Students can join many sports teams called the Colorado Buffaloes. They play 17 different sports and have won 28 national championships. Skiing is one of their best sports.
The school has teachers who have won big prizes called Nobel Prizes. Many students become important people, like astronauts and leaders.
The campus has beautiful buildings made with special red sandstone. There are places to live, eat, and learn. Students can join many clubs and groups to make friends and have fun.
The University of Colorado Boulder is a place where students can learn, grow, and make new friends. It is known for its sports, smart teachers, and beautiful campus.
