Bökingharde Frisian, also called Mooring or Moring, is a special way of speaking that belongs to the North Frisian language. It is used by people living in Niebüll and the area called Bökingharde in Germany. This way of speaking is part of the mainland group of North Frisian languages.

Mooring has different smaller forms, or subdialects, spoken in a place called Risum Bog. Even though there are many different North Frisian languages, Mooring is often chosen to talk to people online. There is even a primary school in Risum-Lindholm where children can learn Mooring Frisian.
