France at the 2026 Winter Olympics

Adapted from Wikipedia · Discoverer experience

France competed at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, from February 6 to 22, 2026. The Winter Olympics is a big event where athletes from many countries come together to compete in snowy and icy sports like skiing, ice skating, and snowboarding. France is known for its strong teams in many winter sports and always brings exciting athletes to the games.

During the opening ceremony, France had a special place. Because the French Alps will host the 2030 Winter Olympics, France was the second-to-last country to enter the stadium before the host country, Italy. This moment showed the world's excitement for the future games that will be held in France. Many fans and people were proud to see their country's flag and athletes march in the parade of nations, ready to compete and do their best.
