The Carolina Panthers are a fun football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. They play in the big National Football League, called the NFL, in the National Football Conference South division. Their home is Bank of America Stadium in Uptown Charlotte. This stadium is where they play all their home games.
The Panthers started in 1995. The first person to own the team was Jerry Richardson. He was a former football player who wanted to bring a team to the area. Now, the team is owned by David Tepper, who bought it in 2018. The team is worth about $4.1 billion today!
