McDonald's

McDonald's is a big, fun place where you can eat tasty food quickly. It started in 1940 in San Bernardino, California by two brothers, Richard and Maurice McDonald. Now, there are over 40,000 McDonald's restaurants in many countries around the world!

People love to eat at McDonald's because of its yummy foods, like french fries and the famous Big Mac hamburger. You can also find cheeseburgers, chicken, fish, fruit, and even salads. McDonald's has special meals for different places. For example, in New Mexico, you can find a cheeseburger with green chilis!

McDonald's is also known for its happy places to play. Many restaurants have fun play areas inside where kids can play and enjoy themselves while their families eat. There is also a special character named Ronald McDonald who helps make children happy.

Every year, McDonald's holds a special event called McHappy Day. On this day, some of the money from sales goes to help children and families who need medical care. This helps Ronald McDonald House Charities around the world.

McDonald's wants to keep growing and making new, tasty foods. They are also working to help the environment and make their restaurants even better for everyone!
