King Mswati II
King Mswati II was a leader of Eswatini from 1840 until 1868. He was born around 1820 and was the son of Sobhuza I and Tsandzile Ndwandwe. After his father passed away, Mswati became the king even though he was young.
During his time as king, Mswati helped Eswatini grow bigger. He made sure the land stretched far to places like Barberton and Mozambique. He built special homes for his soldiers in many areas to keep everyone safe.
Mswati II is remembered as a strong leader who helped unite the Swazi people. He passed away in August 1868, and people still talk about his time as a great moment for Eswatini.
