Veszprém
Veszprém is a beautiful city in Hungary. It is close to Lake Balaton, the largest lake in Central Europe. People have lived here for many years, and Veszprém has a rich history.
The city is known for its seven hills, each with its own special name. Veszprém is also called “the city of queens” because many Hungarian queens were crowned there. Long ago, it was an important place for Christianity.
Today, Veszprém is a lively city with factories, schools, and parks. Families love to visit the Kittenberger Kálmán Zoo & Botanical Garden, where they can see animals and learn about plants. The city has buses that make it easy to get around, and it is a friendly place for everyone to explore.
