Web browser

What is a Web Browser?
A web browser is a special tool that helps you see websites on your screen. When you want to visit a website, the browser gets the pages and shows them so you can read or play with them. You can use a browser on many devices, like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
How Does It Work?
When you type a web address into a browser, it goes to a faraway place called a web server to get the page. The browser then puts the page together, showing you text, images, and more. If you click a link, the browser takes you to a new page right away. Browsers can also remember pages so they load faster next time.
Popular Browsers
Today, many people use browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. These browsers work on many devices and help us explore the World Wide Web easily. They make it fun to find pictures, games, and stories online!
