Haiti at the Olympics

Silvio Cator, a Haitian athlete who competed in the 1928 and 1932 Summer Olympics.

Haiti made its first appearance at the Olympic Games in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris. Many years later, in the 1924 Summer Olympics, also held in Paris, Haiti won its first Olympic medal. The country's shooting team took third place in the free rifle competition.

Haiti won another medal at the next Olympics, in 1928. This time, Silvio Cator earned a silver medal in the men's long jump. Since then, Haiti has taken part in many Olympic Games, but has not won any more medals. Haiti made its first appearance at the Winter Olympic Games in the 2022 Winter Olympics.
